Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of human hair products and health and hygiene regulations, hair extensions, closures, and wigs must remain unworn, unwashed, uncut (lace intact), and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Period: Please contact us within 7 to 14 days of receiving your delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Final Sale Items: Custom-made wigs, clearance items, or altered items are final sale and non-refundable.
